Former Browns linebacker Quentin Groves dead at 32

Former Cleveland Browns linebacker Quentin Groves has died at the age of 32.

A statement released by the Jacksonville Jaguars, who drafted Groves in the second round in 2008, confirmed his death. 

Groves was a first-team All-SEC player his senior year at Auburn University. He played 100 career NFL games for five teams from 2008-2014. He tallied 141 tackles, 9.5 sacks and two interceptions in his seven year career.

Groves played two seasons with the Jaguars, two with the Oakland Raiders, and one each with the Arizona Cardinals, Tennessee Titans and Browns.

In his tenure with the Browns, Groves played five games, had four tackles and two sacks.
