CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Browns losing streak reaches nine, after a 24-14 loss to Buffalo Sunday. The Browns are now 0-3 to start the season.

The Browns had a chance to take the lead early in the fourth quarter, but dropped passes and penalties did the team in. The Browns now have a short week to get ready to face the Ravens in Baltimore, and then on to New York to face the Giants.
The team seemed almost in a state of shock after Sunday's loss.
"We put so much into this game its just frustrating, its frustrating but we just got to come back next week, we have a short week to get ready for Baltimore," said D'Qwell Jackson.
Josh Cribbs said, "It should feel pretty dead in here, that shows you how much guys really want to win this game, guys are really holding themselves accountable for this game as individuals."
"We got to get a win, until we get a win it's not going to go away, we work hard but we have to find a way to get a win on Sunday," said Mohamed Massaquoi.
The best medicine for the Browns is a short week, dive right back into game planning for Baltimore.

Bills special teams are as advertised. In their first two series, the starting field position has been the Bills 42 and the the Browns 49, both resulting in touchdowns. Bills take second posession 49 yards in 4 plays, Fitzpatrick his second touchdown pass of the quarter 32 yards to C.J. Spiller.

Browns got a break in the second quarter when Pat Shurmur challenged a Ryan Fitzpatrick ruled incomplete pass that was overturned and awarded to the Browns as a fumble. The Browns could not capitalize as the drive stalled in Bills territory when Mohamed Massaquoi dropped a third down pass.
C.J. Spiller who left the game with a shoulder injury will not return to the game. Tashard Choice will go the rest of the way.
Browns driving late in the second quarter used an illegal contact penalty on Aaron Williams to keep the drive alive in Bills territory. Brandon Weeden connected with Mohamed Massaquoi on second down to set up a first and goal from the Bills six yard line setting up a six yard touchdown run by Trent Richardson two plays later. Richardson scores his second rushing touchdown of the year. Browns scoring drive: 9 plays 67 yards 4:41 seconds

Bills start the second half with the football. Bills take the opening drive 70 yards and settle for a 37 yard field goal from Rian Lindell at 10:38 of the third quarter.

Browns first posession of the second half results in a punt. Benjamin dropped pass on third down kills drive.
Browns finally got something going late in the third quarter. With 2:27 to go in the third quarter, Brandon Weeden connected with Travis Benjamin on a 22 yard touchdown toss to the left side to pull the Browns within 3.

Brandon Weeden sacked on the first play of the 4th quarter. Ball turned over on downs to the Bills. There has been several momentum swings in this game but the Browns have failed to capitalize here in the second half. Bills convert on a big third and nine from the Browns 20 to keep the drive alive. Bills finished off the drive with a 9 yard touchdown pass to Stevie Johnson to extend the lead.

Browns with a big third and 11 completion to Greg Little for a first down that is called back by a holding penalty on Alex Mack. Browns would get the ball back with under 5 minutes to go and an interception by Leodis McKelvin seals the deal for Buffalo.
