CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Browns will start their evaluations of this year’s quarterback draft class Monday.
The team will conduct a private workout with Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr. The Browns were one of two teams that didn’t attend Johnny Manziel’s pro day on Thursday. But, the team has stated they will work out with each of the top prospects individually beginning with Derek Carr.
Carr has been ranked by most experts behind the top three quarterbacks; Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles and Johnny Manziel. If the Browns have interest in Carr they may be able to take him with their 26 overall pick in the first round.
