The Cleveland Browns traded punter Andy Lee and a 2017 pick to Carolina in exchange for another punter and a 2018 pick.

The team announced Monday that it agreed to a trade that would send Lee and a 2017 7th-round pick to the Panthers in exchange for punter Kasey Redfern and a 2018 4th-round pick.

The Browns now own Philadelphia’s 2017 1st-round pick, Tennessee’s 2017 2nd-round pick, New England’s 2017 5th-round pick, Philadelphia’s 2018 2nd-round pick and Carolina’s 2018 4th-round pick.

Cleveland has given up a 2017 4th- or 5th-round pick to Philadelphia and a 2017 6th- or 7th-round pick to San Francisco.

Lee was acquired from San Francisco last season. He appeared in all 16 games and punted 70 times with 25 inside 20-yard line. His 46.7 gross average and 40.1 net average were Browns single-season records.
