The Cleveland Browns officially announced Wednesday the signing of wide receiver Terrelle Pryor.

Pryor was in training camp this summer with Cleveland but was limited by a nagging hamstring injury and was one of the last players cut. The Browns were intrigued with his size and potential but decided not to keep him. However, with wide receivers Andrew Hawkins and Taylor Gabriel sidelined with concussions, the Browns have a major need at the position.

Pryor can also play quarterback, which is a good option for the team since Josh McCown was placed on injured reserve after breaking his collarbone. He's out for the season following the injury which he sustained while playing against the Baltimore Ravens Monday night.

At the end of that game, Will Hill returned a blocked field goal 64 yards for a touchdown as time expired, giving the Baltimore Ravens a 33-27 win.
