CLEVELAND - It wouldn't be April in Cleveland with out at least one Indians game being postponed by weather.
Such was the case for fans on Tuesday April 10 when the second game in a home stand against the Chicago White Sox was postponed 2 hours before game time due to an icy rain and snow mix.
On Friday, the Indians announced that the game has been rescheduled for Monday, May 7 at 1:05 p.m.
The Tribe was already scheduled to play the White Sox at 7:05 p.m. so the addition will make it a day/night doubleheader.
Fans who purchased tickets for the April 10 game will be able to reuse them at the rescheduled May 7 game at 1:05 p.m.
If you can't make it to the rescheduled game, you can exchange your April 10 ticket prior to the rescheduled game for any game during the remainder of the 2012 regular season (subject to availability).
Gates for the 1:05 p.m. game will open at Noon. Ticketholders for the originally scheduled night game will not be affected by the addition of the day game.
Fans can still purchase tickets for both games at Indians.com or by calling 1-866-48-TRIBE.
