CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Indians announced the signing of their 2013 first round pick Clint Frazier.
The outfielder from Loganville high school in Loganville, Georgia was the fifth overall pick by the Indians in last weeks Major League Baseball amateur draft.
Frazier is the first high school outfielder selected by the Tribe in the first round since Manny Ramirez in 1991.
In his senior season, Frazier hit .485 with 17 home runs, 45 rbi's and 56 runs scored and was named the Gatorade National Baseball Player of the Year.
Frazier will report to the Indians spring training complex in Goodyear, Arizona to begin his professional career with the rookie Arizona League Indians.
