Uber, taxi and limo drivers stopping along East 9th Street Tuesday before and after the Indians game caused slowed traffic and delays in the area.
To fix that problem, Cleveland police created a designated area where those drivers can pick-up and drop-off fans for Game 2.
On Wednesday, fans should be dropped off and picked up on West Huron Road from Ontario Street to Superior Avenue.
