2006 CLEVELAND -- There continues to be talk of a retractable dome on the Cleveland Browns Stadium. NewsChannel5 reported a few months ago, there was talk of a retractable dome when a well-known local architect approached Cleveland Councilman Mike Polensek about his idea.City officials would like to have the dome in time to make a bid to host Superbowl L (50), WEWS reported.It will take about $90 million and local developer Bob Corna supports the project.Polensek also backs a plan to extend the existing sin tax and securing other financial backing to pay for the dome.
