Modell Ticket Lawsuit Ends

It looks like Art Modell is ready to put the past to rest for good.

The former Browns owner (pictured, left) is ready to settle a class-action lawsuit against him.

More than 11,000 Browns season ticket holders filed the lawsuit when he took the team to Baltimore five years ago.

The suit claims breach of contract, NewsChannel5 reports. The two sides will meet later this month to sign the settlement agreement.
