2005 WESTLAKE -- Officials have announced that Kellen Winslow Jr., tight end for the Cleveland Browns, will be charged in connection with a motorcycle crash. The city's prosecutor said he concluded that Winslow was operating his motorcycle in willful or wanton disregard of safety. The offense is a minor misdemeanor and carries a maximum fine of $150.
