If Kellen Winslow violated his contract, what action should the Browns take?

"It's part of the normal business to be having high speed collisions with other athletes even with protective gear, the can still get injured. You really have to be a lot more careful about letting them go back and participate," said Dr. Craig Bates of MetroHealth Medical Center.

Several Internet reports said Winslow's injuries are bad enough to sideline him for the season.

Sports director Chris Miller found out Winslow's contract specifically prohibits him from taking part in any type of extreme activities, including riding motorcycles.
