2007 WESTLAKE, Ohio -- Westlake police arrested a former Browns player on suspicion of drunken driving.Police said they stopped 48-year-old Hanford Dixon just before 11:30 p.m. on Sunday after another motorist reported an erratic driver on Interstate 90 west.Police pulled him over at the Crocker Road exit, where he submitted to a Breathalyzer test. His blood--alcohol level was found to be in excess of the legal limit, police said.Dixon was charged with OVI and improper lane usage, and was released on a personal bond.He will appear in court on Wednesday.
