LeBron James' new home is under construction and it will be suited for a king.

Bob Dyer of the Akron Beacon Journal provided NewsChannel5's John Kosich with sneak peek information about the 35,000-square-foot home.

James is a superstar forward with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Dyer said the home has everything and is a "playground for adults."

The home will have a casino, two-lane bowling alley, barber shop, aquarium, sports bar and a recording studio.

The master bedroom will also have a two-story walk-in closet.

Additionally, the home will have a six-car garage.

Dyer said that 19 families live within 800 feet of James' new home and many are wondering why James did not choose to live in a more secluded area.

"Neighbors are just scratching their heads," Dyer said. "They can't figure out why he built here instead of buying 200 acres in the middle of nowhere. He told us through an agent that he wants to be near friends and family."
