CLEVELAND -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued an alert involving personalized pacifiers for infants.About 115,000 My Binky pacifiers are being recalled because they can break apart and possibly choke a baby.The pacifiers were sold between February 2006 and last month at Nordstrom and other baby boutique stores.You can return pacifiers immediately for a refund.
