Tom Sutton is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Co-Director of the Public Interest Research Center at Baldwin-Wallace College. He teaches American government and politics, and conducts research on state politics and policy issues, in particular school funding policy. Tom earned his doctorate in political science/public policy at Kent State University in 2001, and his B.A. in Political and Social Thought at the University of Virginia.
