Around the state, voters will make their voices heard about several issues, include Issue 3. In Cuyahoga County Issues 5 and 6 are hotly contested issues.

Issue 3 would allow developers to build casinos in four cities in the state of Ohio, including Cleveland.

Sen. George Voinovich has been outspoken about the idea and said he doesn't like the issue.

Cavs owner Dan Gilbert has thrown his support behind Issue 3.

Groups opposing Issue 3 question who would really benefit from northeast Ohio casinos and the number of in state casino workers that will actually be hired.
