Items Taken From Frank Russo

All records of or reflecting the taxable income and preparation of income tax returns of Frank Russo and Michael Calabrese, including records of or reflecting income, expenses, assets, liabilities, personal expenditures, and nontaxable sources of wealth, for the period of January 1, 2002 through present including:

Records of receipt of income, including employment contracts, consulting agreements, rental income, ownership in business entities, IRS forms W-2 and 1099, and K-1 Schedules, gaming chips, and casino player cards.

Records of all accounts and transactions at financial institutions, including account statements, resolutions, agreements, customer copies of certificates of deposit, check stubs or registers, canceled checks, deposit receipts and duplicate deposit tickets, withdrawal receipts and duplicate withdrawal slips, debit memos, credit memos, wire transfer records, certified check memos, official or cashier’s check memos, safe deposit box keys and records, IRS forms 1099, 1098 and other tax statements

Records of loans and financing transactions and applications with public and/or private lending institutions or individuals, including supporting documentation.

Records reflecting the receipt of non-taxable funds, including inheritances, insurance proceeds or other compensation for losses, and reimbursed business expenses. This includes the use of a County car and gasoline.

Records of or reflecting personal living expenditures, including real estate expenses (such as mortgages, home improvements, maintenance, landscaping, taxed, building costs, building permits), vehicle expenses (such as payments, invoices, gas, service, maintenance, insurance, initial purchase), travel, recreation, “flash seat” transactions, food and beverage, education, taxes, insurance, personal services, telephone expenses, medical expenses, gifts, and personal expenses; such records to include credit card statements, credit card slips, cancelled checks, bank records, receipts, invoices, travel itineraries, photographs, memorabilia, frequent flyer statements, lines of credit, ticket receipts/stubs, delivery notification/invoices, service/ maintenance records, and billing statement.

Records of or reflecting investments and other assets, including stocks, bond, real estate, limited partnerships; such records to include deeds, titles, ownership certificates, insurance records, brokerage or mutual fund statements, dividend and interest records, partnership agreements and records, invoices, receipts, and billing statements.

Retained copies of tax returns and other tax forms, supporting work papers, and all communications with the taxing authority.

All records of gifts received by or given by Frank Russo or Michael Calabrese.

From January 1, 2005 to present, all documents reflecting meetings, appointments, travel, and events maintained by or for Frank Russo, including calendars, appointment books, and PDAs. Message logs, telephone call lists, telephone and address books, contact lists and Rolodexes, maintained by or for Frank Russo.

For any time period, documents reflecting Frank Russo's deliberative process, discussion, analysis or actions regarding the following. This includes handwritten notes about a $20,000 payment:

Geographical Information Systems (GIS)

Cuyahoga County Property Tax System

Fusion Center

From January 1, 2008 to present, all records located in Frank Russo's personal office related to request to reduce, adjust, or otherwise alter real estate property valuations. This includes notes, memoranda, letters, faxes, supporting documentation, notices of hearing and records pertaining to the Board of Revision

From January 1, 2008 to present, all records maintained by Frank Russo’s employees that reflect communications from Russo regarding requests to reduce, adjust, or otherwise alter property tax rates. This includes any notes regarding work performed on that request.

From January 1, 1998 to present, all documents reflecting public employees performing personal business during normal business hours. This includes documents reflecting Michael Gabor, Jr. or John Kevin Kelley driving James "Jimmy" Dimora during normal working hours, Michael Gabor, Jr., John Kevin Kelley, Jerry Skuhrovec, Bart Leneghan, or Frank Russo traveling with James "Jimmy" Dimora on non-official business during normal working hours, Cuyahoga County employees performing personal business to benefit Russo during normal business hours, and Cuyahoga County employees working on political party business during normal business hours.

From January 1, 2000 to present, time and attendance records for all Cuyahoga County Auditor's Office employees. This includes requests for official leave.

From January 1, 1998 to present, all documents relating to employment qualifications, including employment application, letters of recommendation, resumes, hiring lists, pay rate, job description, names of references or sponsors and thank you notes.

All documents reflecting Frank Russo's awareness of any Cuyahoga County or State of Ohio policy on hiring, promotion, outside employment, lobbying and ethics.

For any time period, all versions of Frank Russo's ethic statements.

All documents reflecting work at 6900 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, OH. This includes records that reflect the scope of any work, records that reflect the payment for any work, records that reflect the true market value of any work, plans, blueprints, designs, estimates, invoices, payments, competing bids/estimates/quotes, and photographs, both before and after the work.

From July 1, 2008 to present, documents relating to an effort to influence any judicial proceeding, including documents reflecting case numbers, parties to a lawsuit or criminal case, notes regarding the nature of the case, any document that reflects communication with court staff, such as bailiff, judge, or judicial clerk.

From January 1, 2004 to present, all documents that reflect any business relationship of Frank Russo and Vince Russo or VinCore. This includes notes, call lists, telephone messages, memoranda, letters, documents that reflect efforts to obtain or retain clients, documents that reflect advice given. This also includes documents reflecting any ownership interest in private business.

From January 1, 2004 to present, all records related to All State Realty

CURRENCY AND RELATED RECORDS

United States Currency in excess of $2,000 in Frank Russo's personal office. records located with the currency describing the source and/or intended disposition of the currency

From January 1, 1998 to present, all records reflecting campaign contributions made to benefit the election or re-election of Frank Russo. This includes donation lists, spreadsheets, thank you notes, invoices for expenses paid, in-kind donations, and all drafts of campaign disclosure forms.

From June 1, 2008 to present, all printed emails regarding outside employment or business interests by Cuyahoga County Auditor's Office employees.

From January 1, 1998 to present, all records of contributions or fundraiser to any political party, candidate, elected official or campaign.

If computers and/or software (as described below) are located on the premises to be searches which many contain or be used to maintain and retrieve records authorized to be seized above, it may be seized as follows:

All electronic devices which are capable of analyzing, creating, displaying, converting, transmitting, or storing electronic or computer impulses or data. These devices include computers, computer components, computer peripherals, word processing equipment, modems, monitors, printers, plotters, encryption circuit boards, optical scanners, external hard drives, and other computer-related electronic devices.

Computer or data processing software, or other media devices capable of being read by a computer, word processor, or other computer-related equipment, and data stored thereon. These items include floppy diskettes, fixed hard drives, removable hard disk cartridges, tapes, laser disks, video cassettes, and other media capable of storing electronic or magnetic coding.

Documents or devices reflecting passwords.

Instructional manuals and materials concerning the operation of computer hardware and software to be seized, as described above.
