Berea, OH -- (Sports Network) - Cleveland Browns outside linebacker Antwan Peek will miss the entire 2008 season after undergoing surgery on Thursday to repair a torn patella tendon in his knee.Peek, entering his sixth season in the NFL, suffered the injury during practice on Wednesday. The club plans to place the 28-year-old on the injured reserve list and re-sign linebacker Shantee Orr, who the Browns released last weekend. Orr, 27, is entering his sixth year in the league out of Michigan. He has 104 career tackles in five seasons with Houston and Jacksonville. Peek needed arthroscopic surgery in July to remove a piece of cartilage in his right knee and, despite missing the preseason, was expected to be ready to play when the Browns open their season against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Peek started four games for Cleveland last season, his first with the club, and tallied 19 tackles and four sacks.
