Nashville, TN -- (Sports Network) - Tennessee Titans cornerback Nick Harper left Saturday's 34-13 victory over the St. Louis Rams with an undisclosed head injury.

Harper was hurt on the first play from scrimmage and did not to return.

Last season, Harper's second with the Titans, the 23-year-old had three interceptions and 78 tackles in 14 games. For his career, Harper has 18 picks and 474 tackles in 103 games with the Colts and the Titans.
