Patriots Sign OL Flynn; Release CB Jimoh

POSTED: 2:44 pm EDT August 21, 2008

(Sports Network) - The New England Patriots signed offensive lineman Mike Flynn and released cornerback Ade Jimoh on Thursday.

Flynn, 34, spent all 10 of his seasons in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens and has logged 133 games. In 2007, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman played in 15 games to complete three-year run of starting all but one game at center.

Jimoh played in 69 career games with the Washington Redskins and most recently, the Chicago Bears. In 2007, he tallied three special teams tackles in six games before being placed on the reserve injured list with the Bears.
