Police in northeastern Ohio have shut down a motorcycle club after its leader was charged in the shooting deaths of two bikers from a rival club.

Law-enforcement officers in Warren used a battering ram to knock down a door Friday at the clubhouse of the Forever Two Wheels motorcycle club.

The organization's president, 45-year-old David Bailes Jr., was charged with murder in the shooting deaths of two members of the Brothers Regime a week ago.

Bailes was wounded in the shootout outside a bar in Warren Township. Court records don't indicate whether he has an attorney.

Officers boarded up the Forever Two Wheels clubhouse.

The Vindicator newspaper in Youngstown reports authorities say they want to avoid any retaliation for the fatal shooting.
