Political newcomer challenges Rep. Dennis Kucinich and Rep. Marcy Kaptur in 9th District Race

Lively debate among three Democrats

CLEVELAND - Three democrats want to represent northern Ohio in the newly redrawn 9th Congressional District. They each say they are the best choice.

Political newcomer Graham Veysey, Rep. Dennis Kucinich and Rep. Marcy Kaptur, sparred over "Super PAC" money, education, war funding, job creation and more at a Presidents Day debate at the City Club.

Veysey took jabs at both incumbents, calling Kucinich "Congressman Status" and Kaptur "Congresswoman Quo."

Kaptur and Kucinich tackled each other's congressional records, providing for some animated answers.

Instead of describing the details in a written report, we've prepared video clips where the reader can watch and draw their own conclusions.

Clips include answers on whether the candidates support Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson's education plan, and a lively debate on Super Political Action Committee funds used in campaigns. There are also three clips with each candidate summarizing why voters should support them.

Voters have until March 6 to decide, when Ohio's primary is held on Super Tuesday.
