Clevelanders line up for tickets to see First Lady Michelle Obama

CLEVELAND - Clevelanders waited in line outside Obama headquarters in Shaker Square on Friday for tickets to see First Lady Michelle Obama.

Mrs. Obama will speak at the Cuyahoga Community College Metro Campus Monday afternoon.

"She's just a really positive woman," said Heather Bowman, who plans to take her 8-year-old son to the event. "I think she's a really good role model for young kids and women and I cannot wait to see her."

With polls showing the presidential race in a dead heat, Mrs. Obama will try to remain visible in Ohio while her husband prepares for Tuesday's debate with Gov. Mitt Romney, according to NewsChannel5 political analyst Tom Sutton.

"Of all the swing states, Ohio is the most unpredictable," Sutton said.

Michelle Obama and Ann Romney are both considered campaign assets. Mrs. Romney campaigned for her husband Friday in Michigan.

Tickets for the First Lady's visit will be available again Saturday beginning at 11 a.m  at the following locations:

5734 Ridge Rd., Parma

3740 Euclid Ave., Cleveland

13100 Shaker Square, Cleveland
