An online petition asking the Electoral College to select Hillary Clinton for president has already garnered more than 3.4 million supporters in just two days.
The Change.org petition implores the Electors to cast their votes for the winner of the popular vote, which Clinton leads by over 400,000 votes according to the International Business Times, when they vote on Dec. 19.
"Mr. Trump is unfit to serve," the petition reads. "His scapegoating of so many Americans, and his impulsivity, bullying, lying, admitted history of sexual assault, and utter lack of experience make him a danger to the Republic."
Ultimately, the petition is seeking 4.5 million supporters, and has a little over 1 million signees needed to reach that goal.
