Indianapolis explosion: Photos show white van parked at home 3 weeks before deadly blast

INDIANAPOLIS - Investigators have been looking for the people seen in a white van hours before a deadly explosion in the Richmond Hill subdivision in Indianapolis.

Officials believe the explosion was intentionally set. No arrests have been made.

NewsChannel5 sister station WRTV Investigators have obtained pictures of a white van parked at the home of Mark Leonard and Monserrate Shirley three weeks before the disaster.
The photos were taken at 8349 Fieldfare Way by a former customer of Leonard's home improvement business who's suing him.
The customer told WRTV it's the same vehicle Leonard drove to a court appearance.
Several days after the blast, a similar white van was found parked at a south side motel not far from the Richmond Hill subdivision.

WRTV reached out to Leonard's lawyer and is still waiting for a response.

Twenty-nine homes have been ordered to be torn down in the aftermath of the Nov. 10 explosion that killed two and damaged dozens of houses.
