A Sebastian, Fla. man has been barred from getting pizza delivered after being charged with four counts of harassing phone calls, two counts of first-degree petty theft and one count of second-degree petty theft, the TC Palm reported Wednesday.

The man, 49-year-old Randy Riddle, has been accused of using five different phone numbers to place fake orders. The report said Riddle would either order pizza without paying for it, or direct deliverers to the wrong address.

The man reportedly cost Florida businesses $667 in losses.

Riddle posted a $5,500 bail. As a condition of his bail, he is prohibited from calling restaurants any more.

The TC Palm also reported that Riddle called the city's health department numerous times to complain about the quality of the food.

"His purpose is to haggle either over the price of the food or the quality upon delivery," police told the papers.
