Federal Air Marshal Adam Bartsch removed from flight, accused of taking photos under skirts

NASHVILLE, Tennessee - A federal air marshal flying into Tampa was arrested for allegedly taking cell phone pictures' up passengers' skirts, according to a report from WKRN. ( http://5.wews.com/pWl6s )

Air Marshal Adam Bartsch was on duty Thursday when the incident occurred on a Southwest flight from Nashville to Tampa, according to an affidavit.

A witness saw 28-year-old Bartsch snapping photos underneath women's skirts, grabbed the cell phone and brought it to the attention of a flight attendant.

Bartsch was removed from the flight and taken into custody. He admitted to taking 10 to 12 photos underneath women's skirts. Officials say he's taken similar photos several times in the past. TSA released a statement, saying the organization doesn't tolerate Bartsch's behavior. 

The marshal was removed from his duties and TSA says it's in the process of suspending or ending his employment.

Bartsch is charged with unlawful photography.
