SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Southfield, Mich., police said a 12-year-old boy broke into a Bank of America branch early Friday morning.
Lt. Nick Loussia said they received a call from bank security at the Bank of America branch on the 2500 block of Greenfield around 2:55 a.m.
When they arrived at the scene, they discovered a 12-year-old boy inside the bank with this pockets full of assorted rolled coins and snacks.
The suspect broke into the bank by ramming his bicycle through a window, police said.
He was taken into custody and his parents were called to the station.
Police are conducting an investigation.
