A battle over Halloween decorations in a Uniontown, Ohio neighborhood has reached a boiling point, with one neighbor contacting the Summit County Sheriff's Department.
Lisa O'Brien filed a police report after she said her next-door neighbor set up a tombstone in his front yard with the O'Brien's name on it.
"It's not very funny, and he's scaring our family," said O'Brien. "This man is a Uniontown Police officer and he carries a gun."
O'Brien said the tombstone is part of a six-year feud she's been having with her neighbor over a number of issues including allegedly blowing leaves in her yard, and setting up an electric fence on her property.
"I've tried to talk with him and settle our differences, but he won't sit down with me or my husband," said O'Brien.
O'Brien said she even contacted the Uniontown Police Chief about the tombstone.
The Uniontown Police Chief told News 5 he had a talk with his officer and the tombstone was taken down.
But O'Brien said the tombstone has now been replaced with another tombstone that reads "see I told you I was sick."
"I believe he should be charged with aggravated menacing, he is scaring my children, something needs to be done," said O'Brien.
News 5 tried to reach the officer at his home to get his side of the story, but no one answered the door.
