AKRON, Ohio - The man accused of killing a 25-year-old Summit County woman had his bond revoked in a hearing Tuesday.
Chad Cobb's bond was previously set for $1.5 million.
Judge Amy Corrigall Jones read the 30-year-old Cobb his supplemental indictment and set a pretrial hearing for Aug. 28 at 2 p.m.
Cobb also has two new attorneys, Don Hicks and Don Malarcik.
Police in New Franklin said Cobb killed 25-year-old Ashley Biggs in the early morning hours of June 21. She worked for Domino's Pizza and made a delivery to the side of a building on West Turkeyfoot Lake Road at 12:45 a.m.
When Biggs did not return, a missing persons report was filed. Police found evidence of a struggle at the location where the pizza was supposed to be delivered.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office located Biggs' car in Chippewa Township hours later at about 11:30 a.m. Her body was inside the vehicle, according to New Franklin police, and she was bound with zip ties and had blunt force trauma to the head.
Cobb pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder and kidnapping charges.
