TALLMADGE, Ohio - A judge has set bond at $1 million Friday for the suspect in the murder of Tallmadge woman Wendy Ralston and her 5-year-old son, Peyton.

Tallmadge police said 39-year-old Daniel T. Tighe, of Akron, was arrested at about 1 p.m. on Thursday. He was taken into custody without incident on Breiding Road. Police said he had been living in a camper behind a house there since the bodies were found.
