CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - Cuyahoga Falls police were called about a burglary, but instead found a methamphetamine lab.
Officers were told that someone was trying to get into an apartment on State Road #2 through a window just before noon on Friday.
When they arrived, they didn't find a burglar, but police suspected drugs were involved. The Cuyahoga Falls Narcotics Unit searched the place and discovered it was used to manufacture meth.
Police have since named a suspect, who was already in custody for an outstanding warrant on drug charges. Joshua T. Rix, 29, of Akron, was charged with illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drug, which is a felony.
Rix was taken to the Cuyahoga Falls city jail and charges against others are expected.
