CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - It could be your worst nightmare if anyone could imagine it happening in the first place. You’re at a concert, having a good time and a stranger bumps into you, which makes you spill your drink everywhere. You say something. “Excuse me.” What follows is a blur that lands you in the hospital.
That’s what Jeff Stone says happened to him and his girlfriend Kristine during the Mötley Crüe concert on August 12 at the Blossom Music Center .
And it’s why he turned to Facebook , offering a $5000 reward.
In his post, Stone says his girlfriend protested when a woman they don’t know bumped into her. Several of her friends, including two men, “viciously attacked” the couple. It was a moment he called “one of the scariest moments” in his life.
He posted a photo of himself recovering from a dislocated shoulder but wrote he wouldn’t show his girlfriend who had been “completely traumatized” by the fight.
The $5000 reward is for information that leads to the “arrest and conviction of the low rent cowards that jumped and beat on an innocent couple just trying to unwind and enjoy their evening.”
