President to speak at Kent State

GREEN, Ohio - President Barack Obama walked off of Air Force One carrying an umbrella, because of a cold, steady rain in northeast Ohio on Wednesday afternoon.

The first person to shake his hand and welcome him to Summit County was Akron Mayor Don Plusquellic.

The two talked and shared a few laughs before the President left for Kent State University.
