AKRON, Ohio - An Akron man was sentenced Friday to serve 15 years behind bars for robbing two separate fast food restaurants.
John Foster, 45, robbed a Church's Chicken at gunpoint. A corrections officers in the area spotted Foster running from the restaurant, shedding articles of clothing and getting into a nearby car.
The officer followed the car while calling dispatch.
Six days later, Foster robbed a Taco Bell at knife point wearing a lime green shirt,
He, again, shed clothing while running from the restaurant.
Police found Foster at his home, on his porch. He was wearing the lime green shirt from earlier that day.
Foster was found guilty on two counts of aggravated robbery.
