Earlier this week, New Franklin detectives released a possible motive in the brutal murders of Jeffrey and Margaret Schobert. They believe Shawn Ford Jr., the 18-year-old accused of killing them, was angry because the Schoberts were trying to keep him away from their daughter, Chelsea, and wouldn't let him visit her in the hospital.
Caller: Jeff was just talking about this with me last night because he was worried something like this would happen because his daughter identified the gang bangers that stabbed her.
