Victim total rises to 74 as investigation of Jackson High basketball coach Scott Studer continues

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Ten more victims have been uncovered in the investigation of Jackson High School basketball coach Scott Studer.

The current total of boys videotaped or photographed nude has increased to 74, as of Monday, according to Jackson Township Police Chief David Zink.

Studer, 46, is accused of videotaping players in the shower, then saving the images to a DVD, laptop and flash drive before returning the camera to the locker room. He has been charged with eight felony counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented materials.

In less than two weeks since the evidence surfaced, the number of victims has continued to rise.

The freshman basketball coach was in his 27th season for the Polar Bears. He resigned amidst the allegations.
