Police are looking for a man police say is linked to a double homicide last month in Canton.
Isaiah M. Sanders, 20, is charged with two counts of complicity to murder and two counts of complicity to commit aggravated robbery, according to a press release from the Canton Police Department. Warrants are out for his arrest.
On Aug. 30, police found two men dead in a home in the 2400 block of Midway Avenue after responding to a report of a shooting in the area. The men were later identified as Eryc Ahmir Higgins, 18, and Joshua Weatherspoon, 35.
A woman and three children were also inside the home at the time of the shooting.
Connie Miller, a 74-year-old neighbor, told newsnet5.com the woman ran to her home to report the shooting. The woman's hands had been zip-tied together. She said someone put something over her head to cover her eyes and then tied her hands.
Sanders is also wanted in Atlanta, Ga. for a probation violation and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, police said.
