Peter Mallcheck, 31, was arrested at 3:24 Saturday morning at 1st and Lincoln Way in Massillon for impaired driving. Less than an hour later in the same town, his older sister, 36-year-old Julia Mallcheck was also arrested for OVI.
Julia Mallcheck, of Navarre, was pulled over by Massillon Police around 4 a.m. for driving 11 miles per hour above the speed limit as well as a marked lanes violation. She ended up blowing a .221 BAC, nearly three times the legal limit.
Mallcheck, of Massillon, refused a Breathalyzer. This was his second offense in six years, according to law enforcement.
