Firefighters battled 2-alarm fire at Stark County home

TUSCARAWAS TWP., Ohio - Firefighters reportedly battled a two-alarm fire Sunday morning at a home in Tuscarawas Township, Stark County.

Crews were dispatched to a report of a house fire located in the 10100 block of Boyd’s Corner Road NW around 8:23 a.m.

Fire dispatchers said the house was occupied, but the family (two children, two adults) made it out safely.  A woman was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Multiple fire companies, including North Lawrence firefighters responded to the scene to extinguish the blaze.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
