CANTON, Ohio - A woman is locked up in jail after deputies say she admitted to stabbing her boyfriend in the back on Valentine’s Day.
Roslyn K. Laury, 36, of Canton, was booked into the Stark County Jail around 1:25 p.m. Friday on charges of domestic violence and felonious assault, according to Stark County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies said Laury admitted to chasing her boyfriend out of their Canton house and then stabbing him in the back with a steak knife after she caught him attempting to shoot up heroin.
Deputies said the victim was able to run for help. He was then transported by ambulance to the hospital. His condition was not released.
