Deputies arrested a man who allegedly brandished razor-blade knives and sexually touched teenage girls in McDonald's Saturday in Mansfield.

Witnesses told deputies that the suspect was dressed as a woman and threatened to cut throats and male genitals off, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Office.

Douglas L. Long, 69, of Mansfield, is in Richland County Jail and was issued a summons for sexual imposition, inducing panic and aggravated menacing, according to the sheriff's office.

Long allegedly put his hand up the back of a teenage girl's shirt and rubbed it, then rubbed the inner thigh of her right leg. He also reportedly rubbed another teenage girl's leg, according to sheriff's reports.

He called both girls his 16-year-old girlfriends, according to a witness.

Witnesses told deputies that Long brandished his razor-blade knives in front of people's faces.

Long denied this and told deputies that he had the razor-blade knives for self defense and that he didn't threaten anyone, but was rather showing his knives to them.

When issued his third summons for sexual imposition, the sheriff's office said Long took the copy handed to him, ripped it up, stuffed it in his mouth, and swallowed it.
