KENT, Ohio - A Kent State student has been arrested after allegations that he sexually assaulted two girls while chaperoning a Kent slumber party.
Benjamin Schwartz, 19, of Franklin Township, allegedly separated a 14-year-old girl away from the group at a teen slumber party in the early morning hours of Feb. 17, at which time sexual activity occurred, according to Portage County Sheriff David Doak.
He said their investigation also revealed that on the afternoon of Feb. 16, Schwartz allegedly had sexual relations with another 14-year-old girl at the same home.
Schwartz has been charged with rape and importuning and is being held at the Portage County Jail with no bond.
