A 17-month-old child was killed Saturday afternoon after being struck by a minivan in Brunswick, according to police detectives.
The crash occurred shortly before 4 p.m. in the parking lot of the Oxford Heights condominiums, 4233 Bennington Blvd.
Details are still scarce but police are working to determine how the child was struck and if he was being supervised by an adult at the time of the incident.
Ohio BCI and Brunswick police are investigating.
