A 24-year-old man is in custody in connection with a shooting Sunday morning in North Ridgeville.
Ryan Yatson is charged with weapons under disability, felonious assault and discharging firearms into a habitation.
Around 6:19 a.m. officers from the North Ridgeville and Avon police departments responded to the 5300 block of Lear Nagle Road after receiving reports of a drive-by shooting.
Police said one resident was injured but the injuries were not life-threatening. The victim was transported by the fire department to a nearby hospital.
