GRAFTON TWP., Ohio - A 25-year-old Medina woman was killed overnight after a single-vehicle crash in Grafton Township.
Corrine Reid crashed her Jeep Liberty on Cowley Road near Crocker Road, at around 2:02 a.m. Saturday.
Ohio State Highway troopers say Reid lost control of her SUV, causing it to strike a ditch and then overturn.
The 25-year-old was ejected from the vehicle as it struck a utility pole and several trees before coming to a rest on its top.
Reid was transported to the hospital, where she later died.
Troopers say speed and alcohol are considered factors in the crash. Also, Reid was not wearing a seat belt.
The crash remains under investigation.
