Haven Cutlip, 17, has been missing since Wednesday night, according to Lorain County Crime Scene Identification.
Officials said Cutlip unexpectedly left her foster home sometime Wednesday evening. She possibly left the state, but could still be in the area of Lorain or Cleveland.
Cutlip was described as a white girl, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 125 lbs. She has blond hair and blue eyes.
