Police responded Thursday just before 5 a.m. to the area of State Route 57 and Schaden Road for a report of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle.
Responding officers were told the driver and passenger in the car fled on foot.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 47-year-old Lorain man, was transported to University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Around 6:30 a.m., the driver of the car, a 24-year-old man from Lorain, turned himself in to police.
The 19-year-old passenger also turned himself in a short time later.
