WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio - Police and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s office are trying to determine how a healthy teenager died last week.
According to the Willoughby Hills Police, Andrew Norris, 19, of Willoughby Hills, was found frozen in his pick-up truck at his home on Erich Drive on Thursday, Jan. 23.
Police say his stepmother called police around noon when she discovered his body.
Officers arrived on scene and found Norris, who was extremely cold to the touch and had clearly been there for a while.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner is working to determine the exact cause of death.
